These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Camels Expert website located at https://camels.expert, as well as the general conditions for interacting with Markkon Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością through forms, service pages, partner materials and other communication tools available on the website.
By using the website, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service and accept them in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the website, sending requests, and obtaining materials through the website.
§ 1 Website operator and scope of the terms

- These Terms of Service govern the use of the website as an information and communication platform, including viewing materials, submitting requests, requesting consultations, and submitting requests to participate in the partner programme, training, staffing services, franchise or investment projects.
- These Terms of Service do not replace separate agreements, NDAs, partner agreements, service agreements, investment documents, offers, SLAs or other written terms that may be concluded between the company and a specific client, partner, investor, contractor or candidate.
§ 2 Purpose of the website and format of the services
- The website is intended to present the Camels Expert ecosystem and its directions, including the partner programme, partner training, staffing and outstaffing solutions, search for HQ specialists, franchise models, analytical products and investment directions.
- Information published on the website is informational, presentational and pre-commercial in nature, unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written document.
- The publication of service descriptions, cooperation scenarios, case studies, ranges of profitability, payback, commissions, entry costs, monetisation examples or estimated indicators on the website does not mean that an agreement is automatically concluded, that a result is guaranteed, or that an obligation arises to provide the service on the published terms without further agreement.
- The actual scope of services, geography, launch dates, cost, payment model, commission structure, lead rights, support format, access to training materials and other commercial parameters are determined separately as a result of negotiations and recorded in the applicable agreement or written confirmation.
§ 3 Website users
- Users of the website may be natural persons, representatives of companies, partners, candidates, investors, contractors and other persons interested in the products and services of Camels Expert.
- By using the website, the user confirms that they act in good faith, have the necessary legal capacity, and have the right to send requests in their own name or on behalf of the organisation they represent.
- If the user acts on behalf of a company, agency, fund, brand or other third party, they confirm that they have sufficient authority to send a request, negotiate and receive information.
§ 4 Requests, consultations and communication via the website
- The website may contain feedback forms, lead qualification forms, CTA elements, links to messengers, email, CRM integrations and other tools allowing the user to send a request.
- Submitting a request, questionnaire, brief, consultation request, partnership, investment, franchise, staffing or specialist search request does not in itself imply:
- any obligation of the company to admit the user to the programme or project;
- any obligation to conclude an agreement;
- confirmation of exclusivity of a territory, vertical, offer, traffic source or project;
- confirmation of payouts, commissions, return on investment, launch dates, number of leads, number of candidates or financial result.
- The company has the right to request additional information, clarify the qualification of the request, refuse further interaction without providing reasons, and direct the user to a separate contractual track if the subject of the request requires more detailed legal arrangements.
- The user is required to provide accurate, up-to-date and non-misleading data. The company has the right not to process knowingly false, incomplete, contradictory or suspicious requests.
§ 5 Partner programme, leads and marketing activities
- The website describes models of partner cooperation, including the roles of HR recruiter, webmaster, agency, as well as other models of working with traffic, candidates, leads and sales.
- Any references to potential income, RevShare, CPS, LTV, payback, lead cost, conversion, payout models, results of advertising bundles or examples of earnings are indicative, based on market scenarios, analytics, historical data, calculation models or internal hypotheses, and are not considered a guarantee that a particular user will achieve a similar result.
- The partner undertakes to comply with applicable law, the advertising rules of platforms, disclosure requirements, personal data requirements and the Camels Expert brand guidelines, if such rules have been communicated to them as part of the cooperation.
- Without written agreement, actions that may harm the brand, tracking infrastructure or the company's commercial interests are prohibited, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, click injection, motivated traffic, bot traffic, fake requests, circumvention of restrictions on geography, traffic sources, offers or landing pages, and the use of misleading creatives and promises.
- The conditions for granting the partner access to offers, traffic moderation, lead attribution, hold periods, grounds for rejecting leads, rules for calculating commissions and the procedure for payouts are determined in a separate partner agreement, media plan, offer card, personal account, business correspondence or other agreed document.
§ 6 Staffing, recruitment of specialists and B2B services
- The website may contain descriptions of staffing, recruiting, HR and outstaffing services, including the search for HQ specialists, dedicated recruiter, HR team and combined recruitment models.
- The description of the cost, vacancy closing dates, warranty periods, payment schemes, team composition, SLA, KPI, search depth or list of roles on the website is a preliminary guideline and is subject to clarification after the brief, qualification of the client's needs and agreement on commercial conditions.
- The company does not guarantee the employment of a specific candidate, the candidate's actual start of work, passing the probation period, closing the vacancy within a specific deadline or achieving a specific business result for the client, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
- The client is required to provide a correct brief, feedback, vacancy information, compliance requirements and other materials necessary for the provision of services in a timely manner. Delay or distortion of information may affect the result and timing.
§ 7 Training, materials and franchise
- Camels Expert may provide access to training materials, launch structures, methodologies, presentations, templates, internal processes, frameworks, checklists and other business materials as part of the sales funnel, training programme, franchise or negotiations.
- Unless otherwise provided in a separate written authorisation, such materials are intended solely for the user's internal review within the agreed purpose and may not be copied, resold, distributed, published, decompiled, transferred to third parties or used to create a competing product.
- References to launch dates, payback, entry structure, expected franchise profitability, support composition and scope of supervision are preliminary models, depending on the market, team, compliance, budget, sales funnel and execution discipline, and therefore do not constitute an unconditional guarantee.
§ 8 Investment sections and financial indicators
- Investment materials presented on the website are published solely for the purpose of preliminary familiarisation with the directions of the business and do not constitute a public offer, investment recommendation, securities offering, promise of profitability or invitation to enter into a transaction without further legal and financial verification.
- Any indicators of profitability, payback periods, entry size, net profit forecasts, capital recovery dates, target project scale, estimated budgets and other financial parameters are indicative and depend on many factors that are beyond the company's full control.
- Before making an investment, franchise or other commercial decision, the user is required to independently conduct a legal, tax, financial and operational assessment of the project and, if necessary, engage external advisors.
- Provision of an additional financial model, presentation, access to data or internal documents may be subject to prior qualification of the user, signing of an NDA, confirmation of investor status or other conditions established by the company.
§ 9 Intellectual property
- All rights to the texts, the structure of the website, branding, logos, images, graphics, training materials, commercial offers, analytical developments, CRM logic, presentations, interface solutions and other elements of the website belong to the company or are used on legal grounds.
- The user is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the website only for the purposes of lawfully reviewing information and interacting with the company.
- Without prior written consent, reproduction, copying, modification, scraping, mass downloading, systematic data extraction, creation of derivative materials, mirroring of the website, use of the Camels Expert brand in domains, advertising, meta tags, creatives or commercial offers is prohibited.

- It is prohibited to publish, transmit or send through the website information that infringes the rights of third parties, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, advertising standards, anti-corruption requirements, personal data processing rules or other mandatory norms.

- The company makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up-to-date and accurate, but does not guarantee that the website will operate continuously, error-free, without delays, without technical failures or that all information will always be complete and exhaustive for the user's specific business situation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, decrease in conversion, unsuccessful hiring, unrecouped marketing budget, refusal of platforms to moderate, failure to admit the user to the programme or project, and decisions of the user made solely on the basis of materials of the website without further verification.
- Nothing in these Terms of Service limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

- The company has the right to change these Terms of Service in connection with the development of the website, changes in the composition of services, legal requirements, internal business model, and tools for working with partners, candidates, clients and investors.
- The updated version takes effect at the time of its publication on the website, unless expressly stated otherwise in the version itself.
- Relations related to the use of the website are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
- Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiations are subject to consideration by the competent court at the company's place of registration, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal norms or a separate written agreement of the parties.
